Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your avaleaskincare.com purchase, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to support@avaleaskincare.com (Attention: Returns) within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide you a return/authorization number. Once your return has been received, we will refund your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

Return Instructions:

Please send an email to support@avaleaskincare.com (Attention: Returns), include your full name, address, phone number, invoice number and reason for return.
Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be accompanied by the return authorization number that we send you. Any returns sent to us without a Return Authorization Number cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Avalea.
For your protection and to ensure confirmation/prompt delivery, we recommend that returns or exchanges be sent via Fed Ex, UPS or insured Parcel Post, which can be tracked in case of loss. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning a product.
Damages:

If damages have occurred during shipping, please contact us no later than the next day following the arrival of the products. We will arrange to have the damaged product(s) replaced and shipped to you free of charge.
